David L. Deck

David L. Deck is a visionary and successful entrepreneur with over 33 years of experience, particularly in the fields of biotechnology and technology. As the founder of several innovative companies, he has driven the development of cutting-edge technologies and created transformative solutions for the biotech and technology markets. His ability to identify global trends early on and translate them into marketable strategies has enabled him to set new standards in these industries. Dave is known for his strategic thinking and business development skills, which make him an outstanding visionary in the world of innovation and technology.

Oliver R. Baumann

Oliver R. Baumann is a certified financial economist and passionate entrepreneur. Driven by innovative thinking, he is motivated to help shape innovative industries. He wants to make a difference by applying both his 17-year track record in investment banking and his experience as an entrepreneur, e.g. in the biotech industry.

His curiosity was sparked early in his career at Credit Suisse, where he focused on alternative investments and research in the biotech and medtech sectors. He then advised on various start-ups and M&A transactions and served as an active member on several boards of directors.

Dr. Stefan Gossens

Dr. Stefan Gossens has been Vice President of Hydrogen Strategy at Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, since 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the company's hydrogen strategy in the field of electrolysis.
Under his leadership, Schaeffler has launched several initiatives in the area of hydrogen and energy storage technology since 2017.

Dr. Gossens emphasizes the importance of green hydrogen as a crucial lever for decarbonizing many sectors of the economy. In particular, he sees unique opportunities in using hydrogen as a transport medium for solar and wind energy from regions with high potential for renewable energy. He regards green CO2 as an ideal partner and an essential complement to green hydrogen.

Urs Bracher

Urs Bracher has been advising various boards of trustees of pension funds on all matters relating to occupational pensions (both technical and investment issues) since July 2014.

Prior to that, he was managing director and chairman of the management board of the Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland) pension fund for 25 years.

Various board of trustees mandates, including INVOR Sammelstiftung, SPS pension fund and Jelmoli Board of Directors of CLAN Informatik AG.
